Check in was very simple. Stayed in room 123 on the 1st floor. I was given a physical metal key for the room "just incase" which I found odd. Then found out that the key card wasn't working to unlock the door. Odd choice not to fix the system. Room spotless and very welcoming. As most hotels are the bed was two singles pushed together but one side was incredibly noisy and slanted which was disappointing. Shower was unreal, so powerful and really refreshing. I was fortunate that the water dispenser was outside of my room and I also was pleased that the place wasn't noisy. Polish only channels on the TV and no apps unfortunately. Overall very happy just wish the bed was a little comfier. Underground secure parking is such a bonus.

While not located in the center of Krakow, the location is perfect — ideal for both drivers and those relying on public transport. Plus, it’s incredibly convenient for getting to the airport quikly, making travel stress-free. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere. I recommend this hotel enough for anyone seeking comfort, outstanding service, and a great overall stay!

Stylish and modern room with super comfortable bed, properly working A/C, light blocking curtains, nice internet connection, even sink and microwave oven in a mini kitchen , which is very comfortable: to buy lunch box at Zhabka, warm it up at the room and don’t spend extra money for a cafe. Free parking. Closed and quiet area. In 15 minutes walk there is a large shopping area with Auchan and many brand shops . 15 mins driving to the old town.

The comfiest bed ever, even a microwave in the room, which is a big bonus. Friendly staff. Everything you need nearby, hair and nail salons, massive shopping centre across the road and only 15 min drive from Krakòw old town. 15 minutes walk to the train, taking you to the airport in 10 min. They also have an Italian restaurant on the premises with amazing fire-stone pizzas and can make it vegan 😋 ...and did I mention free parking?
