I had an amazing experience at this hotel, which truly exceeded my expectations! While not located in the center of Krakow, the location is perfect — ideal for both drivers and those relying on public transport. Plus, it’s incredibly convenient for getting to the airport quikly, making travel stress-free. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere. I recommend this hotel enough for anyone seeking comfort, outstanding service, and a great overall stay!

Everything was great. Apartment is amazing- very specious , rooms are big, you have all staff you can need in the kitchen(a lot of dishes, cups and enough tea bags, water), a lot of cute things (teeth kit, shoes napkin, etc.). Each room has bathroom inside( in one room shower, another one with bathtub).If you travelling take in consideration ,since tehre is no seperate washroom you need to use one of those in the room. You have hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machin, kettler, electric cooker, iron that is really convinient. And was really cool you have free parking and its 14 minutes fron old center and 17 minutes from airport.

Stylish and modern room with super comfortable bed, properly working A/C, light blocking curtains, nice internet connection, even sink and microwave oven in a mini kitchen , which is very comfortable: to buy lunch box at Zhabka, warm it up at the room and don’t spend extra money for a cafe. Free parking. Closed and quiet area. In 15 minutes walk there is a large shopping area with Auchan and many brand shops . 15 mins driving to the old town.

Breakfast was good, plenty if food, various options, many vegetables. overall experience is very good. Parking in the underground place is a recommended one, even though they have options to park in front of the hotel.

We were delighted by the exceptional service provided by the receptionist blonde lady. When we discovered the TV in our room wasn’t working, she promptly arranged for us to move to another room, all within less than 10 minutes. Additionally, the complimentary parking was a wonderful perk. The breakfast we paid for was truly worth every penny, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
